Output Torque
  • 1.1  Rated Torque

    The value is obtained when the torque acts on the smoothly running reducer and the working coefficient (fs) is equal to 1.

  • 1.2  Actual Torque

    Based on the actual needs, this value may be equal to or less than the rated torque (Mn2) of the reducer.

  • 1.3  Torque Calculation

    The Calculation of the formula below requires the actual torque(Mr2) and the working coefficient(fs). It is useful when selecting the reducer model:

  • 2.1 Rated Input Power

    The power (kW) of the reducer in safe operation is listed in the parameter table. They are obtained when the speed is equal to n1, and the working coefficient (fs) is equal to 1

  • 2.2Rated Output Power

    The formula below can be used to calculate the output power of the reducer :

Working Coefficient

  • 3.1 Rated Torque

    The working coefficient (fs) of the reducer mainly depends on its operating conditions. The following factors are significant to find the most suitable combination of the working environment coefficient:

                                                 C: Heavy-duty load

    2.Running times: hours/day

    3.Boot frequency: times/hour
